How quickly will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2 business days. We use temperature-controlled packaging to ensure peptide integrity during transit. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.

How are peptides packaged during shipping?

What documentation comes with my order?
Every order includes a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA) with HPLC chromatograms, mass spectrometry data, individual vial weight logs, and handling records. You receive the same documentation we use internally—complete transparency.
How do I know my peptide is the purity stated?
Check your COA. We include the actual HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrum—not just summary numbers. You can verify the purity yourself or have your analytical team review the data.

How should I store my peptides?
Store peptides at -20°C in the original sealed vials. Protect from light and moisture. Detailed storage and handling guidelines are included with every order. Once reconstituted, use within 30 days when stored at 2-8°C.
What is the shelf life?
When stored properly at -20°C in original sealed vials, peptides are stable for 24 months from the manufacturing date.

What if my peptide was damaged during shipping?
